Pont Steffan Dental is located at North Road in the centre of Lampeter, in a Georgian townhouse extensively renovated before opening in 2012. In 2016 we acquired the adjoining Northgate House, giving us additional surgeries, a larger reception area, and the space to continue improving what we offer.
We have invested deliberately in making the environment feel different from a standard dental setting — minimising clinical sights, sounds and smells, and replacing them with a genuinely warm, unhurried atmosphere. Reed diffusers, thoughtful décor and natural light all contribute.
Disabled access
Our reception, two surgeries and the patient bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bathroom has a handrail, although patients should be aware that it is not fully accessible for all mobility needs due to the historic nature of the building. Please speak to our reception team in advance to discuss your specific requirements.

OPG/CBCT imaging
Digital panoramic and 3D imaging assesses teeth, roots, bone levels and jaw structures in more detail. This supports diagnosis and treatment planning for more complex care. All available in house, no extra travelling for our patients.
Noise-cancelling headphones
Bose QuietComfort 35 available for any patient who finds the sounds of treatment difficult. Connect to any music of your choice.
Multiple treatment surgeries
Capacity for routine and advanced treatments following our expansion, without patients needing to travel further afield.
