We welcome new patients warmly. Here is what to expect when you register with us — from your first call to your first appointment.
What to expect at
your first appointment
Your first appointment is a New Patient Consultation — an opportunity for your dentist to carry out a thorough examination, discuss any concerns, and build an honest picture of your oral health.
No treatment is provided at this appointment. You will leave with a clear treatment plan, a written breakdown of any recommended work and costs, and personalised advice for caring for your teeth at home.
Before attending, you will receive a link to complete your Medical History Form online. Our reception team will take a few details if you call to book, but all patients will be directed to fill in our Online New Patient Registration Form. If you are unable to do this from our website, please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete this in practice.
New Patient Consultation fee: £105. The full £105 is taken as a deposit at the time of booking. This is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellations policy if you give us at least 72 hours’ notice.

to know
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. Late cancellations are charged at £20 per 15 minutes booked. The £105 consultation deposit is refunded in full if you cancel within the required notice period.
Payment
We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and American Express. Payment is requested at the end of each appointment.
