Dental pain and urgent problems can arise at any time. Call us as early as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

with us?
Call us as early in the day as possible on 01570 422595 and explain the nature of your problem. We will do everything we can to find you a same-day appointment, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Please note that our phone lines are closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch. If you call during this time, please try again from 2pm.
Urgent
Same day appointment
- Persistent bleeding after an extraction
- Pain not controlled with painkillers
- Trauma to the dental arches
- Severe toothache
- Severe swelling
Less Urgent

- Pain controlled with painkillers
- Broken/fractured tooth
- Loose crown or bridge
- Broken or lost filling
- Mild toothache
Please note: If you are experiencing rapidly increasing swelling around the throat or eye, go directly to your nearest A&E immediately.

We see non-registered patients experiencing dental emergencies where our diary allows, at a fixed fee of £280 including the assessment and appropriate treatment on the day.

How to leave a voicemail
Please leave a message including:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your phone number
- A brief description of the problem
Our on-call dentist will listen to your message and call you back with advice, or to arrange an appointment if needed.
Denplan members — away from home
If you are a Denplan member with Supplementary Insurance within your policy, you are covered for temporary emergency treatment when you are more than 40 miles from our practice — including if you are outside of the UK.

Call us as early as possible — the earlier you call, the better our chance of fitting you in the same day. Phones open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, closed 1pm–2pm for lunch.
